2962 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Justice: What Cabinet papers, if any, about or related to serious youth offending has the Minister circulated for ministerial consultation since the 1 December 2024, listed by title and date consultation closes/closed?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I do not possess the ability to know what papers will be circulated for consultation in the future, however, in any case, it is not in the public interest to release the titles of papers circulated for consultation, before the papers are submitted to a Cabinet Committee.
