2957 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: How many 111 call responders are employed by Police, as of 12 March 2024?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that as of 13 March 2024, there are 314 staff in Communicator positions employed by Police working in the 111 call centres (North, Central and South). This does not include Section Managers, Shift Commanders, Shift Inspectors, Dispatchers and other related staff working in those centres integral to the 111 service. Casual and Contractor (non-employee) staff are also not counted in this number.
