2934 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Defence: How many recorded incidences of sexual harassment, if any, have occurred in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio?

Hon Judith Collins: The Ministry of Defence had none. The New Zealand Defence Force has the following recorded incidents: 1 in 2018 ,31 in 2019, 23 in 2020 ,14 in 2021 ,19 in 2022 ,36 in 2023 ,18 in 2024 , and 1 in 2025 . The New Zealand Defence Force does not hold centrally recorded data for the years prior to 2018.
