2933 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Defence: What employment or engagement outcomes resulted from recorded incidences of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by outcome category, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: The Ministry of Defence had none. Since 2018, the New Zealand Defence Force has recorded five cases – one resulted in dismissal, two resulted in resignation, and two resulted in warnings. The New Zealand Defence Force does not hold centrally recorded data for the years prior to 2018.
