2927 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Defence: How many individuals were dismissed, required to resign, or had their engagement terminated following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: The Ministry of Defence had none. One individual employed by the New Zealand Defence Force was dismissed in 2023 following findings of sexual harassment. The New Zealand Defence Force does not hold centrally recorded data for the years prior to 2018.
