Camilla Belich to the Minister of Customs: What categories of sexual harassment allegations have been recorded in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by type of allegation, if any?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service has categorised all cases of sexual harassment as harassment recorded during the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2025. I refer the member to the attached appendix which shows the total number harassment allegations recorded during this period, broken down by year and total.
