2923 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Customs: How many individuals were dismissed, required to resign, or had their engagement terminated following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service has had one employee resign following the completion of an investigation into sexual harassment claims during the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2025. This occurred in 2024.
