Hon Andrew Bayly: I am advised by ACC that as of 3 February 2025, the average cost for sexual violence claims is $11,460 per claim (excluding GST). For context, some sensitive claims have no associated costs due to a bulk funding arrangement. The median cost for sensitive claims is $1,172 per claim.
