2899 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: How many FTEs, if any, are currently working on implementing the changes to the Accredited Employer Work Visa?

Hon Erica Stanford: As at the week ending 7 February, approximately 36.3 FTEs are working on the implementation of changes to the AEWV policy. This implementation involves teams across MBIE and INZ including ICT, Operational Policy, Service Design, Change Delivery, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement and Risk & Verification teams. The figure includes individuals working solely on AEWV, and others working on AEWV along with other work and is variable. It does not include Managerial oversight.
