Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister of Climate Change: How has the Government, if at all, committed to specific levels of gross greenhouse gas emissions and carbon dioxide removals for the second and third emissions budgets and aligned policies to achieve or exceed the emissions reductions in the budgets in the second emissions reduction plan, as recommended by the Climate Change Commission in their 2023 report "Advice on the direction of policy for the Government's second emissions reduction plan"?
