Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister of Climate Change: How has the Government, if at all, provided adequate targeted investment, increased coordination, and facilitated widespread sharing of freely available climate change data and information to enable a research, science, innovation, and technology system that supports achieving emissions budgets and the 2050 target in the second emissions reduction plan, as recommended by the Climate Change Commission in their 2023 report "Advice on the direction of policy for the Government's second emissions reduction plan"?
