2862 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the last quarter to ensure career progression pathways are clear, accessible and informed by available opportunities, including for public health nurses, health protection officers and RMOs, as outlined in Te Whatu Ora's health workforce plan?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that between October and December 2023, Health New Zealand reviewed a best practice career progression map which it will look to scale, linking it to other workforce initiatives.
