Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in the October - December 2023 quarter, Health New Zealand tendered a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Leadership Institute. The RFP required providers to demonstrate capability to support design of explicit pathways for Māori, Pacific, people with disabilities, and tāngata whaikaha leaders.
