Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: Do Corrections facilities record when they operate at staffing levels below those which are deemed to be safe, and if so, on how many shifts since 27 November 2023 to 11 March 2024, if any, did each facility operated at staffing levels below those which are deemed to be safe?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that prisons did not operate at staffing levels below those which are deemed to be safe between 27 November 2023 and 11 March 2024.
