2830 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Transport: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: I advised by the Ministry of Transport that no cases of sexual harrassment were referred in relation to staff for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2464 (2026) in regard to NZTA and the Ministry’s record retention period.
