Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 on the action ‘Support planned work by MSD and the Law Commission to review statutory mechanisms for decision making and consent with a view to shifting toward a supported decision-making model, with appropriate partnerships to explicitly identify and address the equity issues that arise for Māori whānau’ under the objective ‘Build accepting and understanding communities’ within Te Whatu Ora’s Improving Dementia Mate Wareware Services in Aotearoa New Zealand Action Plan?
