Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: Does the Minister stand by her statement “There are parts of the Employment Relations Act that could do better at lifting New Zealand’s productivity and economic growth”, and if so, what advice -and from whom-has she received on this?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I stand by my statement. During the election campaign, and my time as Minister, I have spoken to a range of stakeholders from the business community about this issue.
