Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Public Service Commissioner has had no known individuals who received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in since 2015.
