Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: Does the Minister stand by her statement “I have heard that the process for pursuing a personal grievance claim can be slow, costly, and can incentivise employees to pursue grievances even where their behaviour has contributed to the employment relationship problem”, and if so, is it because she has part of a personal grievance as an employer or an employee?

Hon Brooke van Velden: To the first part of the question, I refer the member to my response to WPQ 2796. To the second part of the question, no, I have not had a part in a formal personal grievance process.
