2786 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What advice, if any, received by the Minister has informed development of the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Amendment Bill, by title, date ,and source of the advice?

Hon Casey Costello: I received the following advice from officials at the Ministry of Health regarding the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Amendment Bill. 1. Reversal of legislative changes to the smoked tobacco regime, dated 6 December 2023 2. Options to repeal amendments to the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990 and related regulations, dated 8 December 2023.
