2763 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: As Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology, I have no responsibility for any government departments. With regard to Crown entities under the Science, Innovation and Technology portfolio, I am responsible for board appointments, and I have no employment responsibilities for staff. With regard to Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment which is under the Economic Growth Portfolio, please refer to response to written parliamentary question 2790 (2026).
