Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many cases of sexual harassment resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by WorkSafe New Zealand that there have been no instances of financial settlements, compensation payments or ex gratia payments in relation to sexual harassment between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2025.
