2733 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many cases of sexual harassment were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Police, or other external authorities in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2025 there was one instance where WorkSafe New Zealand engaged an external party to investigate an allegation of sexual harassment.
