2731 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that there has been one instance of sexual harassment at WorkSafe New Zealand which received a formal disciplinary sanction short of dismissal or termination between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2025.
