2729 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Women: How many recorded incidences of workplace bullying, if any, have occurred in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio?

Hon Nicola Grigg: The Ministry for Women follows Public Service Commission guidance when investigating cases of bullying and harassment in the workplace. This may include contracting external support to undertake an independent investigation. Between 2015 and 2026, four cases of bullying or harassment have occurred at the Ministry for Women and in all cases an independent external support conducted the investigations. Due to the low number of cases, further detail cannot be provided due to privacy.
