2715 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Finance: What Cabinet Papers, if any, has the Minister undertaken ministerial consultation on regarding the Overseas Investment Act, title and date sent for consultation?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have undertaken Ministerial consultation on one paper regarding the Overseas Investment Act. This was the Cabinet Paper titled Amending the Overseas Investment Act to Support Investment Build-to-Rent. Consultation on this paper commenced on 7 January 2024.
