2714 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Investment: What was the total value of financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments relating to sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised by the Social Investment Agency that no financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments have been made by the SIA (and its predecessor the Social Wellbeing Agency) in relation to findings of sexual harassment since its establishment in 2017.
