Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Investment: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised by the Social Investment Agency that no individuals at the SIA (and its predecessor the Social Wellbeing Agency) have received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment since its establishment in 2017.
