Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: How many recorded incidences of workplace bullying, if any, have occurred in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio?

Hon Louise Upston: The Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) advises me that the attached statistics have been drawn from its case management database. While matters maybe recorded as bullying and harassment at the point of entry, subsequent investigation may determine that this is not the case. I refer the member to the attached table, which provides the cases recorded as bullying and harassment in the case management database upon entry into the system.
