2696 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Revenue: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that disciplinary action took place for two individuals in 2015, one in 2016, one in 2018, two in 2019, one in 2020, one in 2022, one in 2024 and one in 2025.
