2687 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: What categories of workplace bullying allegations have been recorded in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by type of behaviour, if any?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry), if workplace bullying allegations are broken down by type of behaviour this will risk disclosing individuals involved, for each calendar year since 2023 to 2026. The Ministry holds no records indicating that any workplace allegations were made between 2019 and 2022. Records prior to 2019 are not held or incomplete in line with authorised and disposal requirements under the Public Records Act 2005.
