Camilla Belich to the Minister responsible for the NZSIS: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that no individuals have received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment since 2015.
