2659 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Māori Development: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Tama Potaka: I interpret the members question as matters associated with sexual harassment relating specifically to my office for whom I have responsibility. I can confirm that no such matters have arisen in the Office of the Minister for Māori Development since 27 November 2023 when this Government was formed.
