Camilla Belich to the Minister for Land Information: How many cases of sexual harassment resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Penk: No cases of sexual harassment resulting in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments were recorded during the period 2017 to 2026 (YTD). LINZ did not collect or report this information in the format requested for the years 2015 and 2016.
