Camilla Belich to the Minister for Land Information: How many recorded incidences of workplace bullying, if any, have occurred in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio?

Hon Chris Penk: LINZ’s Speaking Up Policy encourages people to raise concerns about unacceptable or unwelcome behaviour. This means that inappropriate behaviour may be explored and resolved as inappropriate behaviour rather than labelling it as bullying or harassment.
