Camilla Belich to the Minister of Housing: How many cases of sexual harassment were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Police, or other external authorities in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: Since 2018, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has not had any cases of sexual harassment referred to external investigators, mediators, the Police, or other relevant bodies. For Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 2246 (2026).
