Camilla Belich to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised that, for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the following occurred in the period 2020 to 2026. 2020 2021 2022 2023 2024 2025 2026 0 0 0 2 1 0 0 It is not possible to provide a comprehensive answer for the period prior to 2020 within the timeframe for answers to Written Questions. For Antarctica New Zealand one person receive formal disciplinary action in 2020 and one in 2021. For the Asia New Zealand Foundation, the answer is none.
