2597 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 27 January 2025, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I have received two aides memoire between 27 January 2025 and 2 February 2025. I can advise the member that the title of one aide memoire is: • B4866 – Aide Memoire: Auckland South Corrections Facility PPP Quarterly Performance Updated, received on 30 January 2025. The title of the second aides memoire is withheld in accordance with Speaker's Ruling 199/6. I also receive regular updates from my officials on a range of matters, including via regular meetings and my weekly report.
