2586 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Environment: How many recorded incidences of workplace bullying, if any, have occurred in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Environmental Protection Authority has not had any cases of workplace bullying since 2015. The Ministry for the Environment has no allegations of bullying that have been upheld, and therefore no recorded incidences of workplace bullying since 2015.
