2583 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Environment: What categories of workplace bullying allegations have been recorded in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by type of behaviour, if any?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Environmental Protection Authority has not had any cases of workplace bullying since 2015. I am advised the Ministry for the Environment logs all workplace bullying, harassment, and sexual harm incidents under the categorisation “Bullying/Harassment” and does not break these down into any further sub-categorisations. The Ministry has no recorded instances of workplace bullying that have been upheld since 2015.
