2564 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Customs: How many cases of sexual harassment resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service has had no cases where sexual harassment claims have resulted in financial settlements during the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2025.
