2563 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Customs: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service has issued two written warnings and one letter of expectation for a finding of sexual harassment during the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2025. The written warnings were issued in 2021 and 2024, and the Letter of Expectation was issued in 2024.
