2551 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Corrections: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Please see Appendix One for a breakdown of the number of registered complaints regarding sexual harassment for the years 2015 – 2025. This data also outlines what the actions and/or outcomes were of each case. I am advised that due to the confidentiality of each case some details have been withheld. This includes issues such as external facilitators, compensation, and the status of the person against whom the complaint is lodged. Additionally, this data has not been consistently captured centrally and therefore is provided to the best of our ability. This is also my response to WPQ 2911 (2026), WPQ 2916 (2026), and WPQ 2918 (2026).
