Camilla Belich to the Minister of Corrections: How many cases of sexual harassment were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Police, or other external authorities in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Corrections takes all allegations of sexual harassment extremely seriously and has processes in place to respond to these. This includes referring matters to external agencies when required to investigate and or mediate such allegations. I am further advised that to provide this information would amount to substantial collation and manual analysis, which I am not prepared to ask of my officials for the purposes of this response.
