2519 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Health: Does the Minister have any targets for general practice wait times, and if not, why not?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: There is no general practice wait time target. While the Shorter Stays in Emergency Departments wait time target does not explicitly measure primary care performance, the performance of emergency departments is in part linked to how well primary care is meeting the needs of New Zealanders.
