2468 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Transport: How many cases of workplace bullying resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by the Ministry of Transport that no cases of workplace bullying resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments since 2019 in relation to staff for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2464 (2026) in regard to NZTA and the Ministry's record retention period.
