2466 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Transport: How many individuals were dismissed, required to resign, or had their engagement terminated following findings of workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by the Ministry of Transport that no individuals were dismissed, required to resign or had their engagement terminated due to workplace bullying since 2019 in relation to staff for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2464 (2026) in regard to NZTA and the Ministry's record retention period.
