Camilla Belich to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: How many cases of workplace bullying resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: In 2021, one workplace bullying case resulted in a financial settlement. No such payments were made in any other calendar year since 2015 within Sport New Zealand Group
