Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Do the opportunities for the public to engage on an amendment paper which inserts fast-track projects into Part A and Part B of Schedule 2 of the Fast-tTrack Approvals Bill that the Minister referred to in his answers to question 10 on 7 March 2024 include a referral of the amendment paper to a full Select Committee process, if not, why not?
