2404 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Trade and Investment: How many cases of workplace bullying were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Employment Relations Authority, or other external bodies in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Todd McClay: For NZTE and Invest NZ I have no employment responsibilities for staff. For MFAT I refer the Member to the response WPQ 2224 (2026).
